Doula Services

Eligible if you are pregnant or recently pregnant (within the last year).

One- Initial Visit (90 minutes)

This visit can be done before baby arrives or after birth. For a postpartum visit we could discuss postpartum recovery, breast/chestfeeding education, and newborn education.

8- Visits (about 90 minutes)

These can be both prenatal and postpartum visits. They will be personalized and take into account your family’s needs that day. Topics that may be covered are postpartum recovery, breast/chestfeeding education, and newborn care.

2- Extended 3 Hour Visits

These visits are only available for the postpartum period. With the longer timeframe we can focus more deeply on breast/chestfeeding education, newborn education, sleep, physical/emotional recovery after birth, and processing your birth story.

9- Additional Visits (90 minutes)

These visits may only be used postpartum and require a recommendation from a licensed provider. I can provide this form to you.
