In-home Postpartum Care Includes:
Support with emotional and physical postpartum healing
Breast/chestfeeding guidance and encouragement
Newborn care guidance and education
Babywearing guidance
Sibling care
Household help
As a postpartum doula I offer personalized in-home support to ease the transition during the 4th trimester for the family unit.
I offer non-judgmental, non-medical, evidence-based support. This can take place in the first few days or weeks after baby’s arrival.

Daytime Postpartum Care
Rate- $40 per hour (between 8am and 5pm)
Typical shift is between 2-4 hours and can include the following:
Emotional and physical support for postpartum healing
Encouragement and nurturing guidance with breast/chestfeeding and/or bottle feeding
Sibling care so parents can have time for self-care or rest
Household help to ease transition (dishes, folding baby clothes, organizing groceries or baby items)
Newborn care education and guidance (swaddling, bathing, soothing, or babywearing)
Sharing resources when needed
Overnight Postpartum Care
Rate- $45 per hour (between 9pm and 6am)
Typical shift is between 8 to 9 hours and can include the following:
Feeding baby
Quiet household help
Newborn care education and guidance
Encouragement and guidance with breast/chestfeeding
Sharing resources when necessary
The main focus is allowing the parents to rest more at night.
